TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services to secure your date(s) (The remaining balance is due the day before services are received. 7 days before if futured dated)  
  • Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received.
  • Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days before the scheduled date if future dated otherwise additional fees will be charged.
  • Maximum headcount is 5 people or an additional fee will incur
  • Client is responsible for setup for small gathering parties unless a styling add-on is included and discussed
  • Home must be clean, safe & pest free or it will result in cancellation or forfeiture of service, deposit will still be non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • If you need to cancel, you may reschedule once within 60 days of the original scheduled date (subject to availability) 
  • No-shows or Cancelations made within 72 hours of scheduled date are subject to full payment ( this includes not answering door bell or phone calls on day of service)

Travel Accommodations

  • Travel fees apply if outside a 30 mile radius from Lithia Springs, GA and will be included in your final quote
  • Bookings outside of Atlanta, Georgia will incur a travel fee, travel fees are subject but not limited to cover Uber or Airbnb accommodations ( If out of state) and will be included in your final quote.

Private Dinners For Two 

  • HomebodyLuxe dinner experiences for two start at $650 (Georgia Only) 
  • Add-ons such as romantic setups, balloons, & flowers are available for an additional fee.

Additional Fees

  • Last minute one time bookings ( less than 7 days out ) are subject to a $100 rush fee.
  • Additional staff, custom decor, or rentals may be added to your final quote.
  • Late payments result in cancellation or forfeiture of service.
