Booking & Payment

To secure your Homebody Dining experience, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior for future-dated bookings or the day before for immediate services.

  • Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after your deposit is received.

  • Final Details: Guest count, menu selections, and décor requests must be finalized 7 days before your scheduled service. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.

  • Maximum Guests: Standard service accommodates up to 5 guests; additional guests will incur a fee.

  • Setup: For small gatherings, clients are responsible for setup unless a styling add-on has been requested and confirmed.

  • Venue Requirements: The home or venue must be clean, safe, and pest-free. If the space is unsuitable, the service may be canceled and the deposit will remain non-refundable.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Clients may reschedule once within 60 days of the original service date, subject to availability.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of service are subject to full payment, including situations where doorbells or calls are not answered.


Travel & Location Fees

  • Travel fees apply for locations outside a 30-mile radius of Clayton County, GA and will be included in your final quote.

  • For services outside of Atlanta, GA — or out-of-state — travel accommodations may include Uber, Airbnb, or other transportation fees, and will be reflected in the final quote.


Private Chef & Celebration Experiences

  • Private Dinners for Two: Starting at $650 (Georgia only).

  • Special Occasion Setups, Romantic Picnics, or Balloon/Gift Basket Services: Pricing varies based on décor, treats, and chef-curated add-ons.

  • Optional enhancements such as romantic setups, balloons, flowers, or custom desserts are available for an additional fee.


Additional Fees

  • Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days’ notice) are subject to a $100 rush fee.

  • Additional staff, custom décor, or rentals may be added to your final quote.

  • Late payments may result in cancellation or forfeiture of service.
