Hey guys, I'm Tatiyanna Shantice-- a 29-year-old Private Chef, creator and the heart behind Homebody Dining. Born in Brooklyn, Ny and raised in Queens, since a young child I had a passion for cooking. Watching the likes of Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, Paula Deen I fell in love with the art of culinary. As a self taught cook I started cooking in the homes of friends and their families at 18 just for fun, never thinking one day this would become my life Full-time. I moved to Georgia in 2020 as a model but somehow life brought me right back to the thing I love to do the most, COOK. In 2021 I lost everything and I had to start my life completely over. I became depressed & overweight jumping from family & friends house to house trying to piece back together what little I had left. till one night God gave me a vision and showed me what my purpose is. BOOM Homebody was created just on paper as a dream, today its a reality. This brand was born from my love for elevated, soulful meals and the belief that families deserve more moments back at the table centered around love and food. When I was growing up my grandmother (God rest her soul) made dinner every night and we were blessed enough to sit at the table together and share unforgettable moments. When God blessed me with the idea of Homebody, I wanted to do just that-- Bring families back to the table again, TOGETHER creating those moments that will live on forever in their minds with every bite. At Homebody Dining, we serve restaurant-quality dishes & home cooked meals crafted with intention and flavor that comforts the soul.
